As senior project manager for the Kahanovitz Team at Compass Manhattan, Jacob manages and maintains owners’ listings for numerous multifamily properties throughout the city, including a sprawling 1200-unit complex. Duties include overseeing all of the marketing and advertising for the properties, and vetting prospective renters in a timely manner to avoid vacancy. 
 
As a buyers’ agent in Manhattan, Jacob has navigated large sales transactions of $2.5M+. 
 
In New Jersey, Jacob is focused on sales and based in Asbury Park, Monmouth County, with the Kilbride & Cagnina Group at Compass. Sales include luxury condominiums and other multifamily and commercial property options. 
 
A native of Holton, Kansas (population 4,000), Jacob grew up on a farm but adjusted quickly to life in the Big City. Country charm with a Big Apple savvy -- clients find him to be easygoing, genuine, and knowledgeable.
